The bowl

Hello,

Here is a small drawing representing a bowl. This drawing is realized in graphite pencil. I took many pleasures to draw it.

It was not a question for me of making a quality drawing. It was just a small sketch at the beginning, realized from a real object. So, it’s a drawing from nature.

Then, I have been able to stop me and I tried to look of the volume and the texture thanks to the shade. There are some errors, but I think that we feel well the general shape.This drawing is approximately 11 cms. The reflections are due to the white of the paper and not highlights with a white pencil. I used a paper stumps.

We find again the perspective with ellipse. Not easy to implement.
